  2. The audio on the Blu-ray is 24/96 (which is already better quality than this new "MQS" edition at 24/44.1) BUT some of the tracks on the Blu-ray use live versions of these songs. Sure, "Love Me Do" and "She Loves You" weren't remixed in 2015 so their 24bit versions from the 2009 USB stick are still available...
BUT, this new edition adds 24bit upgrades to the 2015 remixes of "From Me to You", "Can't Buy Me Love", "A Hard Day's Night","Yesterday" , "Hey Jude", AND "The Long and Winding Road"

  3. I think this is a rather clever idea, for the people who still wants physical format. (and you can have hires audio - which is better than cd).

BUT.... what about the life duration of such an SD card ? Isn't that a very fragile format ? That can be easily erased, lost, or broken ?

    Let's wait and see.

  5. A neat idea — physical merged with digital, keeping both happy — but I'd like to see it used on new albums to register if it sticks around or disappears quickly like DAT and DCC.
